Order processing

Orders are reviewed after payment confirmation. In-stock items are typically prepared within 2 to 5 business days. Made-to-order, customized, preorder, or peak-season items may require additional production time, and any longer lead time shown on the product page or shared by email will control.

Shipping coverage

JAHVIO ships to supported destinations listed at checkout. Available carriers, delivery options, and shipping charges are calculated from the delivery address, package weight, and current service availability.

Transit times

Estimated transit times shown at checkout or in shipping emails are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, severe weather, carrier backlogs, public holidays, or inaccurate address details supplied with the order.

Duties and taxes

For international deliveries, import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, and local taxes may be assessed by the destination country. Unless local law requires otherwise, those charges are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please review the shipping address carefully before placing an order. JAHVIO is not responsible for delays or additional carrier fees caused by incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible at info@jahvio.com.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears lost, or is materially delayed beyond the carrier's estimate, contact us within 7 days of the issue being discovered and include your order number plus any supporting photos. We will work with the carrier and advise on replacement, reshipment, store credit, or the next available remedy. Return eligibility is described in our Return Policy.
