This Return Policy explains how JAHVIO reviews return, refund, replacement, and exchange requests for products purchased on jahvio.com.

Return request window

Eligible return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery unless a different timeline is clearly stated on the product page, in a promotion, or in writing from our support team.

Eligibility requirements

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and protective materials included. We may decline returns that show visible wear, odor, damage, or tampering.

Non-returnable items

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, final-sale, clearance, gift-card, or hygiene-sensitive items are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and attach clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can investigate promptly.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another remedy is agreed in writing. Once processed, your bank or payment provider may take 5 to 10 business days, or longer, to post the refund.

Return shipping costs

Unless the return is caused by our error or required by law, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service for all approved returns.

How to start a return

Email info@jahvio.com or visit Contact Us with your order number, item name, reason for the request, and any relevant photos. We may ask you not to ship anything back until return instructions have been confirmed. Delivery expectations are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
