1. Will I receive the same product as shown in the pictures?

Yes, absolutely. All product photos are taken of our actual items under natural lighting. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to different screen settings, but the design, materials, and craftsmanship are exactly as described.

2. How long does shipping take?

We offer worldwide delivery.

  • United States / Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Asia / Oceania: 5–10 business days

  • Other regions: up to 20 business days
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package in real time.

 

3. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

4. How do I choose the right shoe size?

Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide. We recommend checking your foot length in centimeters and comparing it with the chart.
If you’re between two sizes, we usually suggest choosing one size up for a more comfortable fit.

5. What if my item is out of stock?

If a product is marked “Out of Stock,” it may be restocked soon. You can click the “Notify Me” button (if available) or contact our team directly.
