Order processing

Orders are reviewed after payment confirmation and prepared from stock in the Philippines. Order preparation is separate from courier transit time. If you need your shoes for a specific date, contact us before placing your order.

Shipping coverage

JAHVIO ships from stock in the Philippines to delivery addresses within the Philippines only. International shipping is not available.

Transit times

Delivery timing depends on the destination and courier. Any delivery estimate supplied for your order is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Severe weather, carrier backlogs, public holidays, or incomplete address details may cause delays.

Use Order Tracking to check your order status. Courier tracking details, when available, are shared separately.

Shipping fees

These are introductory flat shipping rates set by JAHVIO. Shipping is charged once per order, including orders with more than one item. Your delivery address determines the rate, which is displayed at checkout before payment.

Address accuracy

Please review the shipping address carefully before placing an order. JAHVIO is not responsible for delays or additional carrier fees caused by incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible at info@jahvio.com.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears lost, or is materially delayed beyond the carrier's estimate, contact us as soon as you notice the issue and include your order number plus any supporting photos. We will work with the carrier and advise on replacement, reshipment, store credit, or the next available remedy. Return eligibility is described in our Return Policy.
